West & Arrowhead Phasing
The project includes full street reconstruction, new sidewalk/curb/gutter, landscaping, utilities and stormdrains on West Street and Arrowhead Avenue from Cedar Avenue to Route 66.
The project is to be constructed in two phases. The first phase includes West Street from Sixth Avenue to Cedar Avenue. Construction of Phase 1 is scheduled for Summer 2012. The second phase is West Street south of Sixth Avenue and Arrowhead Avenue from Route 66 to West Street. Construction of Phase 2 is scheduled for Summer 2013.
