The Peak Engineering Team: Tom, Julie, and Anne

Tom Smith, P.E.

Tom is a longtime resident of Flagstaff and a graduate of Northern Arizona University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona and a graduate of the American Council of Engineering Companies’ Leadership in Engineering Administration Program (LEAP).  Tom began his career with Arizona Engineering Company in 1999. Prior to forming Peak Engineering, Tom was responsible for Northern Arizona operations with his previous firm.

Julie Leid, P.E., LEED A.P.

Julie began her professional career with Arizona Engineering Company in 2002 and is a graduate of Montana State University. Julie is a registered professional engineer in Arizona and Colorado as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. In 2009, she completed the Green Building Program at Colorado State University. In 2010, she completed the American Council of Engineering Companies’ Leadership in Engineering Administration Program. Julie currently serves on the Governing Council of the Northern Arizona Branch of the USGBC and the City of Flagstaff’s Regional Plan Citizens Advisory Committee.

Anne Dunno, R.L.S.

Anne has worked in the civil – survey consulting environment since 1992 with her former firms as Survey Manager in South Carolina and as a Project Surveyor and Civil Designer in Arizona. Anne is a graduate of Valparaiso University and an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor.  Her surveying background includes boundary and topographic surveys, construction staking, right-of-way, easements and parcel descriptions.  Anne’s civil experience includes design and construction administration.
